Control testing program for parent trees of planting material for 2024.

This Montenegrin Control testing program for parent trees of planting material for the year 2024 establishes control tests of olive and citrus mother trees, in order to verify the certification methods in the process of recognizing of such trees. Control tests of olive and citrus trees verify the varietal identity, genetic purity, health status and fulfillment of other requirements regarding the quality of olive and citrus parent trees. Control tests are carried out on olive and citrus parent trees, in accordance with the plan for the recognition of parent trees of the administrative body responsible for phytosanitary affairs. Control tests contribute to the quality of olive and citrus parent trees used in the production of planting material in Montenegro. The Program is implemented for the purpose of official control of the quality of olive and citrus parent trees and verification of compliance with the requirements in accordance with the regulations governing the recognition of parent trees.
