Decision on the amount and manner of calculation and payment of fees for the use of national park assets.

This Decision, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on nature protection, determines the amount, sets the method of calculation and indicates the manner for payment of fees that shall be paid by legal or natural persons as regards the use of national park assets. The amount of the fee for the use of national park assets is determined depending on the degree of effective exploitation of goods, the benefits that national parks provide to users and in relation to market values of natural goods present in or part of a specific national park.
