Decision determining the maximum retail price of white wheat bread.

This Decision determines the maximum retail price of white wheat bread, in order to prevent the occurrence of severe economic and social consequences, caused by the epidemic of the infectious diseases COVID 19. Maximum retail price is specified in article 2. Wheat white bread type (type 500) is considered bread with the following basic ingredients: wheat flour type 500, water, table salt, yeast, emulsifiers and additives. All companies, other legal entities and entrepreneurs engaged in trade with this type of bread are obliged to form related prices in accordance with this Decision. Supervision over the implementation of these indications shall be performed by the administrative body in charge of inspection supervision affairs, through performance of direct market inspection, in accordance with national legislation governing the application of supervision rules in the field of internal trade.
