Decision on the establishment of the Coordination body for the coordination and monitoring of inspection supervision.

This Decision here establishes the Coordination body for the coordination and monitoring of inspections, as a permanent working body of the Government of Montenegro and also determines its composition, manner for performing related designated tasks and other issues of importance for its work. The members of the Coordination body are also representatives of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property; representative of the Ministry of Tourism; representative of the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North; representative of the Ministry of Energy; representative of the Ministry of Mining, Oil and Gas; representative of the Ministry of Sports and Youth; representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management; representative of the Ministry of Transport; representative of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs. The Coordination body: coordinates the work of all inspection bodies and legal entities; harmonizes and coordinates the inspection supervision of several inspections at a specific subject of supervision, or inspection supervision in certain areas at the proposal of inspection bodies, or legal entities; ensures the coordination of inspection work plans; proposes a training program for inspectors and authorized persons; provides recommendations, instructions and opinions regarding the organization and planning of inspection supervision; monitors and evaluates inspections and inspection supervision by reviewing reports on the work of inspection bodies and legal entities; prepares reports on its work.
