Decision on the establishment of the National Committee for facilitation of maritime transport.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on maritime navigation safety, for the purpose of implementation of the National Programme for facilitation of maritime transport and benefits and recommendations for improving measures, activities and technological procedures aimed to facilitate related performance of international maritime traffic and flow of passengers, luggage, cargo and/or mail, here establishes the National Committee for facilitation of maritime transport (Committee for Maritime Transport).
