Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on state property, grants that state-owned forests are given for use by selling timber in standing condition, in accordance with allocated quantities, in the regional units of Pljevlja, Rožaje, Kolašin and Nikšić, for the purpose of sanitary timber or felling for the year 2021. The sale of timber wood will be done through a public tender or auction. The Forest Administration is instructed to publish a public invitation and form a commission for the implementation of the sale procedure-auctions. Following the wood sales procedure, the Director of the Forest Administration will sign contracts with the most favorable bidders.
