Abstract
This Decision here adopts specific restrictive measures established by decisions of the Council of the European Union in relation to the situation in the Republic of Belarus and the involvement of the Republic of Belarus in the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine (listed in article 1). These measure shall apply on different items and products if deriving or transiting in Montenegro, but will exclude food products and products necessary for production of food, as well as items and products that are necessary for agricultural (also livestock production and veterinary purposes), medical or humanitarian purposes.
