Decision on the preparation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Flood Risk Management Plan for the Danube River Basin District.

This Decision here declares the terms and scopes aimed to be implemented in the preparation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (report) that has the purpose to describe and assess the potential impacts of the implementation of the Flood Risk Management Plan for the Danube River Basin District on environmental segments and human health. The report considers possible impacts on all segments of the environment, proposes measures to reduce or prevent harmful impacts on the environment and human health, as well as proposes the best alternative solution to be integrated into the Plan.
