Decision on the preparation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the General Regulation Plan of Montenegro.

This Decision proclaims the procedure of generation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the General Regulation Plan of Montenegro. This type of plan will determine the detailed goals and measures of spatial and urban development of Montenegro, which will take into account the specific needs arising from regional specificities, aimed to elaborate the goals of spatial planning and to set the rational use of space and/or sea area, in accordance with economic, social, ecological and cultural-historical development.
