Decision on Programme for fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy products for schools.

This Decision proclaims the adoption of the pilot state Programme for fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy products for schools, aimed for school feeding and in accordance with the terms of the Common agricultural policy of the European Union. Market and price policy related measures shall be implemented for the meanings and purposes of this particular Programme. This text further provides for several specific indications as regards the effective functioning of this pilot project (including financial issues, and rules regarding the supply and delivery of planned fruits, vegetables and milk or diary food products).
