Decree on the fee paid by the seller of lightweight plastic carrier bags with a wall thickness of more than 50 microns.

This Decree here regulates the mandatory method aimed for the calculation and payment and sets the exact amount of fee that has to be paid by sellers of lightweight plastic carrier bags that have related wall thickness of more than 50 microns. The fee paid by the seller of lightweight plastic carrier bags with such specifications (50 microns thickness) shall be calculated on the basis of a monthly report on the quantity of such bags that are effectively released into circulation by the seller. The seller shall submit the report to the national administrative body responsible for environmental protection. The amount of the fee paid by the seller (per single piece) is determined in article 2.
