Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on the protection from negative impacts of climate change, prescribes the manner of placing on the market, production, use, export and import of ozone-depleting substances and alternative substances, including issues on equipment and products containing such substances. These rules are also meant for a gradual reduction of the consumption of ozone-depleting substances. This text further indicates the manner of determining annual import quotas and their exclusion from use, treatment of ozone depleting substances and alternative substances, handling of such substances after cessation of use of products containing them, the method of their collection, use, recycling, regeneration, permanent disposal and destruction, labelling of substances, equipment and products and reporting on their consumption, use, import, export and placing on the market.
