Environmental Resolution.

Considering the healthy environment as an invaluable basis for development of the state and society and that its preservation represents the biggest challenge of Montenegro both in the field of protection and in the field of overall development; considering the fact that the biggest global environmental threats are climate change and loss of biodiversity, the Montenegrin Parliament here declares the National Environmental Resolution.
This Resolution is proclaimed in order to protect the values of a healthy and preserved environment, especially nature and natural resources, also in order for stopping further pressures to the environment and nature, in order to prevent or reduce further degradation.
