Law amending and supplementing the Law on expropriation.

This Law amends and adds certain provisions to the Law on expropriation (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 55/2000 and already amended in Gazettes 12/2002, 28/2006, 21/2008 and 30/2017). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 14, 16, 17, 22, 23, 25, 28, 29, 35, 58a and 61 (expropriation procedures, property rights, administrative provisions); in article 39 the paragraph 3 is cancelled; articles 53-56 are also deleted. Acts for the implementation of this amending Law shall be adopted within 60 days from the day of its entry into.
