Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on integrated prevention and control of environmental pollution (Official Gazette of the Montenegro 54/2009, 42/2015 and 54/2016).
Changes are related to the necessary documentation as regards the issuance of permits (article 8); supervision and inspection issues (article 26); and offences and penalty provisions (articles 28 and 29).
This text further repeals the provisions of article 180 of the Law amending the Law setting the minor offenses (Official Gazette of Montenegro 40/2011).
