Abstract
This Law amends various articles part of the rules stipulated by the Law on maritime navigation safety (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 62/2013, and already amended in Gazettes 47/2015 and 71/2017).
Changes adopted in this text are regarding the entire text of the Law on maritime navigation safety, including initial and basic provision sand definitions. General navigation issues and provisions are been re-edited. The words: “Port Authority” are now replaced by the words: “Authority administration”. Indication on Port State measures and Montenegrin membership in Paris Mou are also object of this Law.
