Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions prescribed by the Law on planting material (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 28/2006 and 61/2011).
Major changes are regarding the general terms and definitions; classification issues for planting material; inspection provisions; rules for manufacturers of planting material in terms of declaration, label and other; and offences and penalties.
