Law amending the Law on ports.

This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on ports (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 51/2008 and already amended in Gazettes 40/2011 and 27/2013).
Changes are related to the contents of article 4 (meaning of official terms and adopted definitions); classification of ports (article 6 of the original text); general issues on State Authorities (article 9); different issues on port fees or port service reimbursements (article 11 and 12); pollution protection issues (articles 26a and 26b); contents of article 31 (setting penalty measures).
