Abstract
This Law hereby officially adopts and implements the necessary legal basis (also state administration for agricultural affairs that is indicated as the competent authority) for the Sectoral Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the European Commission (already signed by both parties in 2015), which sets out the rules for management and financial assistance to Montenegro under the instruments for the pre-accession agriculture and rural development policy support (IPARD).
In the text there are also references of all Commission and European Union related documents to be considered under the terms of this agreement, including those of the IPARD II programme taking into consideration the gender dimensions.
