Abstract
This Law hereby prescribes the provisions to be observed when establishing a cooperative (agricultural and/or related nature-environmental sector) on the territory of Montenegro, including the acquisition and cessation of members of a specific cooperative, further defining its administrative issues and management, and work rules.
The Law is divided into 11 Chapters and 69 articles, including offences and related penalties.
