Abstract
This Law governs the management of biological resources of the sea and sea area, including marine and coastal fishing, international law implementation in terms of sustainable use, administrative requirements, technical data and standards, authorizations and fishing permits/fees/charges/concessions, breeding and protection of fish and other marine organisms on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
This Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 67 articles, including offences and related penalties.
