Order on urgent phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of certain harmful organisms.

This Order, as regards the territory of Montenegro and in order to implement specific plant protection measures, here declares the prohibition of introduction, movement, keeping, propagation or release of the following harmful organisms: a) Chloridea virescens Fabricius (HELIVI); b) Leucinodes orbonalis Guenée (LEUIOR); c) Leucinodes pseudorbonalis Mally et al. (LEUIPS); d) Resseliella citrifrugis Јiang (RESSCI); e) Spodoptera ornithogalli Guenée (PRODOR). These harmful organisms are listed with the designations assigned by the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO).
This text transposes the rules contained in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1941 of 13 October 2022 on the prohibition of introduction, movement, holding, multiplication or release of certain pests pursuant to Article 30 (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
