Planting material control Programme for 2019.

This Programme, under the terms of article 59 of the Montenegrin Law on planting material (published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 28/2006 and amended in Gazettes 61/2011 and 48/2015), provides for the official national programme related to the implementation of necessary monitoring and control practices as regards the quality of planting materials, for the year 2019.
This Programme also sets the priority level scale that shall determine the type of monitoring practices, and provides for necessary sampling rules.
Control tests object of this Programme are aimed at contributing to the quality of planting material that is produced and marketed in Montenegro.
