Abstract
This text here sets the 2020 Montenegrin national Planting material control testing Programme, aimed for all types of recognized planting material.
This Programme determines the control tests of planting material that is produced and placed on the market, in order to verify the certification methods in the process of planting material production.
Control testing of planting material is aimed at verifying the varietal affiliation, genetic purity, health status and fulfillment of other general conditions regarding the quality of planting material.
Control tests are performed in order to check the effective quality of planting material that is produced and placed on the territory of Montenegro.
This Programme is implemented as part of official controls as in accordance with the regulations determined the placing on the market, as well as the quality of the planting material. Planting material intended for sampling shall be selected on the basis of risk assessment principle, or actual degree of probability that certain planting material does not meet the prescribed conditions.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing sample sheet of administrative reporting form).
