Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on innovation activity, determines detailed conditions and procedures for approving the funds of the state administration body (Ministry of Economic Development) responsible for innovation, for financing innovative programmes and projects, and sets the manner for using of these fund. The Ministry shall announce a public competition for financing such innovative programmes and projects from the Budget of Montenegro and will publish it on its website. The competition can also be published in other media.
