Abstract
This Programme determines the control tests for seed of agricultural crops, that are produced and marketed in Montenegro, in order to verify the certification method in the process of seed material production. These controls are aimed at checking the purity of varieties (originality), genetic purity, health status and the fulfillment of other prescribed conditions in terms of agricultural plant seed quality. These controls shall also contribute to the overall seed quality.
This Programme also sets the priority level scale that shall determine the type of monitoring practices, and provides for necessary sampling rules.
