Programme on the control of native tree planting materials in 2019.

This Programme determines the control of planting material of native varieties of olives and citrus, in order to verify the certification methods in the process of the production of such planting material, in Montenegro, for the year 2019.
Object of sampling tests is to determine the soreness (originality), genetic purity, health condition and fulfillment of other requirements in respect to the quality of olive and citrus plant material.
This Programme also sets the priority level scale that shall determine the type of monitoring practices, and provides for necessary sampling rules.
