Abstract
This Programme, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on air protection and in relation to the established limit values of pollutants, content of metal-based additives and other characteristics that the fuel must meet in relation to environmental protection when placed on the domestic market, sets out the terms of the 2020 national quality monitoring measures for liquid fuels of petroleum origin.
Companies, other legal and natural persons that import fuel are obliged to comply with these provisions.
This Programme, with the aim of general air pollution prevention, contains the following elements: development methodology; standards, methods of sampling, number and frequency of fuel sampling at gas stations; standards, methods of sampling, number and frequency of sampling of diesel fuel in warehouses or stocking facilities; and all applied and adopted standards used for laboratory analysis of fuel samples.
