Abstract
This Regulation amends certain contents of the Regulation on additives that can be used in food (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 19/2016 and already amended in the Gazettes 80/2016 and 39/2018). Changes are regarding the updated list of additives which can be used in food and placed on the market with conditions of use; and list of additives which can be used in food, enzymes, flavors and nutrients with conditions for their use, classified among related carrier substances. Several European Union legislative text are also transposed in this Regulation (see end of the text for full reference list).
