Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV).

This Regulation amend and adds certain provisions to the Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV), originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 135/2022. Changes are regarding the contents of articles 2 (adds the indication on designated plants for planting that are plants of the species Solanum lucopersicum L. and its hybrids and species of Capsicum spp., except for certain seeds), 3 (detection rules), 4 (phytosanitary measures in case of confirmation of the presence of a harmful organism), 5 (minor corrections), 6 (introduction of certain seeds), 7 (official controls) , 9 (movement of specific plants), and 10 (movement of certain types of seed). Also the contents of Annex 1 are here amended.
