Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on additives that can be used in food (Official Gazette of Montenegro 19/2016 and 80/2016).
Changes are related to the complete re-edit and updates of lists of additives that can be used in and on food and foodstuff, classified and separated in different categories by each Annex and its proper list.
These amended Annexes are part of this text.
This Regulation now also transposes several European Parliament and Council relevant documents and legislation, as listed at the end of this publication (added to the already implemented Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on food additives).
