Regulation amending the Regulation on closer conditions for import and transit of aquaculture animals and their products.

This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on closer conditions for import and transit of aquaculture animals and their products (Official Gazette of Montenegro 79/2016).
Changes are related to the general import requirements (article 3); rules on decorative aquaculture animals kept in closed objects, and susceptible to one or more diseases (article 4); transport and transit conditions and related rules for imported fish species (article 7); and also adds the Annex (1 and 2), that are part of this publication.
The Annexes set out the list of procedures to be applied in quarantine and the model animal health certificates for the import into Montenegro aquaculture animals for farming, relaying, put and take fisheries and open ornamental facilities and ornamental aquatic animals intended for closed ornamental facilities.
