Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions for obtaining, maintaining, suspending and subtracting the health status of cattle and pigs on tuberculosis, brucellosis and enzootic leukosis (Official Gazette of Montenegro 55/2015 and 21/2017).
Changes are related to the cattle vaccination obligations under the provisions of article 8; veterinary certification (article 22); and change to the Annex (new certification forms).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 64/432/EEC of 26 June 1964 on animal health problems affecting intra-Community trade in bovine animals and swine; Commission Decision 2002/598/EC of 15 July 2002 approving vaccines against bovine brucellosis within the framework of Council Directive 64/432/EEC; and Commission Decision 2004/226/EC of 4 March 2004 approving tests for the detection of antibodies against bovine brucellosis within the framework of Council Directive 64/432/EEC (and other, see the complete list at the end of article 6).
