Abstract
This Regulation changes and adds some provisions to the Regulation on the conditions for obtaining, maintaining, suspending and subtracting the health status of cattle and pigs on tuberculosis, brucellosis and enzootic leukosis (Official Gazette of Montenegro 55/2015).
Changes are related to the modifications made to the requirements for obtaining the status of a brucellosis-free herd (article 11); additional conditions for the marketing of cattle for breeding or production purposes (article 24). New parts, added to the article 26 (26a and 26b) are relevant to the additional guarantees for infectious bovine rhinotracheitis as regards the placing on the market of cattle and additional guarantees for Aujeszky's swine disease.
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in several European Commission and Council Directives as listed at the end of article 4.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of Member States of the European Union that are recognized as free from infectious bovine rhinotracheitis and free from Aujeszky's swine disease).
