Regulation amending the Regulation on the content and manner of keeping records on the use of plant protection products.

This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the content and manner of keeping records on the use of plant protection products (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 24/2013). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2, which here sets a new list of necessary data that shall be delivered, as follows: 1) name and place, i.e. name and surname, address and identification number of the user of the plant protection products (aimed for legal and natural person); 2) number of entries in the register of producers; 3) location (cadastral parcel/GPS coordinates), area (m2) and the local name of the plot; 4) year of production; 5) name of treated plant species; 6) ordinal number of treatments; 7) date of treatment; 8) treatment time-duration; 9) description of the development phase; 10) name of the harmful organism that is treated (diseases, pests, weeds); 11) trade name of the pesticide; 12) the quantity of preparation substance that was used (in liters, milliliters, kilograms, grams); 13) the quantity of working solution used (in liters); 14) on the withdrawal period prescribed for the used pesticide (in days); 15) time of harvest; 16) additional notes. Also a new type of reporting sheet is here provided (see Annex of this publication).
