Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the form of the permit, procedure of issuing of permit, method of payment of fees for commercial fishing and more detailed conditions for transfer of permits for commercial fishing (Official Gazette 8/2011).
Major changes are regarding the: concrete look of the permit for commercial fishing; and cancellation of articles 3 and paragraph 2 of the article 6.
