Abstract
This Regulation adds certain provisions to the Regulation on the method of keeping records on production, processing and trade of plants, plant products and plant facilities (Official Gazette 19/2013).
The new provisions, part of the article 2 are regarding the: records of the movement of plants, plant products and other related articles by holders of plants for the purpose of further distribution and/or transfer.
The amended part of the administrative forms (Annex III) is also part of this Regulation.
