Regulation amending the Regulation on new foods that can be used and placed on the market.

This Regulation amends certain contents of the Regulation on new foods that can be used and placed on the market (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 49/2018 and already amended in the Gazette 62/2019). Changes are regarding the updated list of new or novel foods that can be used and placed on the market (containing specifications on name of the novel food, conditions under which the novel food may be used, additional special requirements for labelling such product, among possible protective measures). Several European Union legislative text are also transposed in this Regulation (see end of the text for full codified reference list).
