Regulation amending the Regulation on phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of the bacteria Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.).

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction and spread of the bacteria Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.), which was originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 40/2019.
Changes are as follows: article 15 is completely reedited (including new title), now setting detailed rules regarding the introduction of certain plants originating from other countries where no harmful organisms are present is completely reedited; article 16 has a new title (“Introduction of certain plants originating from other countries where harmful organisms are present”) and it was amended and reedited; in article 17 (paragraph 1) the words: "states that are not members of the European Union" are here replaced by the words: "other countries".
