Abstract
This Regulation amends certain terms of the Regulation amending the Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction and spread of Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus (Spieckerman Kotthoff) Davis et al (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 41/2014).
Changes are related to the content s of article 2, which now includes Bosnia and Herzegovina, as also indicated by the relevant and here transposed Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1199 of 17 July 2015 recognising Bosnia and Herzegovina as being free from Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus (Spieckerman and Kotthoff) Davis et al.
