Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions stipulated by the Regulation on preventive measures, measures for detection, suppression and eradication of exotic and non-exotic diseases of aquatic animals and the health conditions for their placing on the market (Official Gazette of Montenegro 34/2015).
Changes are related to the: added provisions to the article 20 (aquaculture animals issues); updates made to the original Annex.
This Regulation further transposes the provisions contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1251/2008 of 12 December 2008 implementing Council Directive 2006/88/EC as regards conditions and certification requirements for the placing on the market and the import into the Community of aquaculture animals and products thereof and laying down a list of vector species.
The re-edited Annex is part of this publication (updated list of exotic and non-exotic diseases and possible vectors).
