This Regulation changes certain provisions part of the Regulation on quality and sanitary and technical conditions for wastewater discharge into the recipient and public sewage system, the method and procedure of testing the quality of waste water, the minimum number of tests and the content of the report on the determined waste water quality (Official Gazette 45/2008).
Changes are regarding the cancellation of certain elements part of the list of concrete substances and their maximum allowable concentration (hazardous and harmful substances) in waste water that may be discharged into the public sewer.
