Abstract
This Regulation determines the exact amount of fees for the use of navigation facilities (present on the on Montenegrin waterways and aimed for things such as: cargo boat, bulk carrier, container ship, ship for transport, general cargo, heavy cargo vessel, gas carrier, refrigerated cargo ship, fast cargo ship, multipurpose ship, research vessel, oil tanker, chemical tanker, nuclear powered ship, mobile marine facility for drilling, passenger boat, fast passenger ship/boat, ferryboat, fishing boat).
