Abstract
This Regulation prescribes terms and provisions regarding the payment of fees for carrying out commercial fishing and mariculture and related to the companies, entrepreneurs and other natural persons that, in accordance with the Montenegro Law, comply with the requirements for commercial fishing and mariculture permits.
