Abstract
This Regulation, in order to prevent the introduction and spread of known harmful organisms, here officially prohibits the entry on the territory of Montenegro, other than seeds, as regards certain plant varieties if originating from Ghana, as follows: Capsicum L; Lagenaria Ser; Luffa Mill; Momordica L; Solanum L. (except for S. lycopersicum L)
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the following documents: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1849 of 13 October 2015 on measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of harmful organisms as regards certain vegetables originating in Ghana.
