Abstract
This Regulation prescribes various specific conditions (in terms of animal health, welfare) to be met by all zoos present on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
The rules here provided are relative to facility, space, equipment, veterinary-sanitary conditions, manner of keeping the register and records, additional educational and technical issues all regarding the keeping of live animals in zoos (rules not to be applied on facilities for temporary exhibitions, contests and public events, animal kept for breeding purposes, pet sale facilities and/or spaces, aquariums and terrariums that serve to decorate certain physical space, circuses and collections of animals that are not open to the public).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
