Abstract
This Regulation sets the detailed rules regarding the conditions to be met by facilities and related equipment for the purpose of holding and breeding of poultry laying hens (if containing more than 350 units).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Council Directive 1999/74/EC of 19 July 1999 laying down minimum standards for the protection of laying hens.
