Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner for the correct, controlled, safe for animals and humans, and animal friendly keeping, treatment and recovery in terms of keeping, holding, lost animals recovery and other necessary tasks all related to the pets as category (live animals, kept for recreation, socializing, and protection and/or help of humans, as listed in the text) and adopted by the Municipality of Tivat, Republic of Montenegro (including the offences and necessary penalties, see Chapter VI, articles 25 and 26).
