Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the necessary conditions and manner for the correct, controlled, animal and human safe, and animal friendly keeping, treatment and recovery in terms of keeping, holding, lost animals handling and other necessary tasks all regarding the pet category and to be observed on the territory/area of the Montenegrin capital city (Podgorica City).
This text further prescribes the offences and necessary penalties (Chapter V, article 23 and 24).
