Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the necessary conditions, in terms of animal welfare, safety and health, to be met by all facilities and equipment (based on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro) engaged in activities such as keeping/holding and breeding of calves (rules that will not be observed if: there are less than six (6) calves on a single farm; and also not on suckler herds/calves).
This Regulation transposes the rules contained in the Directive 2008/119/EC on the establishment of minimum standards for the protection of calves.
